Company Description: Sannes Insurance is a growing Medicare Insurance agency, located in Spokane Valley, WA. We are licensed in 12 states, and we have been in business for 9 years. We just moved into a larger new office and are hiring for a Medicare Sales Agent position with a major customer emphasis in WA and ID.

 Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medicare Sales Agent. The Medicare Sales Agent position is highly intensive with phone calls to potential clients who have contacted us for help with their Medicare needs. Our marketing strategy brings in potential clients, whom we then contact, setting up convenient appointments. You will Review the clients Health, Financial and Lifestyle needs, provide Medicare Education, help with their Plan Determination and application sign up, and provide year-round Service for all of their questions.

 Duties:

  • Maintain a focus on meeting all sales goals and other key performance indicators
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and scheduled training sessions
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and be resourceful
  • Qualify, educate and enroll individuals into healthcare plans that meet their needs Build comprehensive policies through a consultative approach
  • Correctly enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products
  • Maintain a strong desire to sell and express empathy while maintaining a positive attitude with the ability to be energetic and convey enthusiasm
  • Be coachable, open-minded, and open to constructive feedback
  • Adhere to attendance policies and notify management for any unforeseen absences or tardiness
  • Communicate with your Supervisor regularly, and be responsive to calls, email & chat
  • Abide by all regulations surrounding health insurance, CMS, state, or other entities
  • Maintain and keep current all licenses and continuing education requirements

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Health, Disability and Life License in WA required – Must Have
  • 2025 AHIP Certification – Must Have
  • 2+ years of Medicare Sales Agent experience- Must Have
  • ACA appointment to sell health plans offered through WA Healthplanfinder a plus!
  • Non-Resident licenses in our other states a plus!
  • Good product knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement and PDP products
  • Ancillary Product Knowledge ( Cancer, HI, FE) a plus!
  • Proficient skills with MS Office Suite and ability to use multiple systems daily
  • Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms, Go High Level preferred
  • Be intuitive, resourceful and coachable

  • Ability to prioritize work, day to day tasks and issues that arise, and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Proficient with filing, phone systems, faxing, and scanners

  • Exceptional interpersonal and phone/virtual meeting skills
  • Sincere and caring attitude
  • Thrive in a “time sensitive” environment and adaptable to changes without affecting quality of work
  • Must be able to lift and hold at least 25lbs, sit or stand for extended periods of time

Salary:

  • $40,000 base Salary
  • Performance-based Commissions
  • Potential to Earn $70,00+ 1st year (Salary + Commission)
  • Potential to earn additional incentives/bonuses based on production

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Some evenings & weekends required especially from October 1st – December 31st
